i received a complimentary upgrade to a lovely one-bedroom apartment upon arrival. the location is great, and the front desk staff proved friendly and helpful. they allowed me to park briefly out front to check in and drop off luggage. the bed was very comfy with high-quality sheets.

the room wasn't cleaned and the water bottles weren't refilled.

i appreciated the staff at the reception they were very helpful i arrived earlier than expected and they managed to find me a room i also enjoyed access to the pool without extra charges it added value to my stay. the room was clean and all the necessary amenities were provided including large beds and tvs.

the gym is a bit of a walk because it is located in a separate building nearby so accessing it requires going outside.

the pool is in another building and requires going outside it is part of a sports club this made it less convenient i found the hotel a bit of a labrinth it was easy to get lost navigating between different areas

I found the apartment large and well-kept. the decor was modern. The space was super clean. i appreciated the hotel's swimming pool and its convenient location near key points of interest. it was easy to get around, everything was within walking distance.
